Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of the Agency's services. EOUST regulations do not apply to residents of NC or AL. Approved to issue certificates for all judicial districts except Oregon, North Carolina, and Alabama. We accept payment by debit and credit card. After creating and confirming your user account, you will be asked to make payment by clicking the Send Payment via PayPal button. You may then log in to your PayPal account to make payment, OR you may pay by debit/credit card by clicking on the link next to the credit card logos on that page. Also, you may pay by sending us a money order or cashier's check made payable to BK Education Services. The cost of the course is $8.95 for an individual filer and $12.50 for joint filers. Please click on the word Login in the upper right hand corner of this page and follow the directions on the next page to create your user account. Then, please send us an email indicating that you are sending the payment. Send your email to: Payments@BKEducation.com. When we receive your email we will enroll you in the course and let you know that you are able to complete it. You may have been given an Enrollment Key by your attorney. In this case, no payment will be required from you. Please select the course title below with the words, "Enrollment Key" included. When enrolling in this course, you will be required to enter the key supplied by your attorney. Please note, enrollment keys are case sensitive.
